Intermed Offices, Bayside Student Housing, Avesta Pearl Place Housing, the
Maine State Pier, and many other residential and multi-use projects.

innovative design for urban infill projects such as 490 Congress Street and the Chestnut
Street Lofts.

development applications for compatibility with the City’s urban design
standards and guidelines.
Drafted or revised
design standards for the Bayside B-7 Mixed Use Urban Neighborhood Zone, the R-5
and R-6 Residential Neighborhoods, and the University of Southern
Maine.

creation of mixed-use, high density zoning for Bayside – an under-developed
area near downtown.
Staffed the
Bayside Streetscape Subcommittee which focused on urban design issues in an
inner urban neighborhood.
Staffed the Adams
School Reuse Committee which included a Community Design Day to envision the
site’s future.
Participated in
the selection of a developer for the Sacred Heart affordable artist live/work
